MUSCAT : The ministry said the actions targeted establishments that failed to comply with labour and occupational safety standards.
The figures include 1,728 inspection visits, during which authorities recorded a range of enforcement and advisory measures.
According to the ministry’s figures, authorities issued 151 violation citation reports and 45 violation reports, while also providing 545 cases of advice and guidance.
The enforcement measures further included 188 verbal warnings and 256 written warnings.
