MUSCAT: Vinod C Nair, an employee of Suhail Bahwan has been awarded with an esteemed record for his achievement in writing and publishing the most number of shloka’s in the Indian language Malayalam on social media, by Universal Records Forum. URF is a forum intended to recognise and appreciate unique talents all over the world. Vinod’s passion for poetry writing is beyond just a pass time activity. He has continually been writing & posting Malayalam shlokas on his social media for over 6 years (2015- present) . He has written over 5000 shlokas, that are truly inspiring, expressive and at the same time consistently rhythmic. His unexampled skill on writing shlokas on the Sun (Revered as a God in India) is to be specially noted. The recognition given by Universal Records Forum is really worth mentioning in his long-standing path and well deserved for his creative work.
He also has experience working as assistant art director in a number of movies in the Malayalam film industry. Furthermore he is a trained percussionist and takes part in a lot of shows in Muscat and Sohar. Vinod holds the position as a Forman, in Building material Section of Suhail Bahwan in Oman. He is supported by his family – wife Nisha, Daughter Keerthana and Son Nandikesh.
