MUSCAT – Health services are nearly fully operational at 99.8 percent, while electricity and fuel services have both reached 99 percent restoration.
Asphalt roads and waste management sectors have achieved 98 percent recovery, and water services are at 95 percent. Dirt roads have been restored to 88 percent, and telecommunications, still under active repair, have reached 83.7 percent across affected areas.
