MUSCAT : The seizure was carried out by judicial officers from the CPA’s Consumer Protection Department in South Al Sharqiyah during intensive inspection visits across the governorate.
The establishment was found displaying expired products for sale and circulation, prompting officials to confiscate the goods.
The CPA said the prescribed legal measures have been taken against the violating establishment, with the necessary proceedings to be completed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
