MUSCAT : The arrests were carried out by the Directorate for Combatting Drugs and Psychotropic Substances at the Musandam Governorate Police Command.
The ROP stated that the nine individuals were apprehended in connection with the possession of the controlled substance for smuggling and trafficking purposes.
Legal procedures are being completed against them, the ROP added.
