MUSCAT: The call, issued under Announcement No. 24/2026, is part of the municipality’s preparations for the event and aims to enhance tourism, cultural and entertainment activities across Muscat Governorate.
Interested applicants are required to submit a comprehensive technical proposal outlining their overall concept and operational approach. Proposals may include visual presentations, illustrations and images to demonstrate the proposed events and activities.
Companies and institutions with expertise in event management and organisation, as well as innovators, are encouraged to participate.

Muscat Municipality said all submissions will be subject to technical review and evaluation by the relevant committee. Submitting a proposal does not constitute final approval or confirmation that the proposed event or activity will be implemented.
