MUSCAT – According to the ROP, the arrests were carried out by the Directorate for Combatting Drug and Psychotropic Substances under the Muscat Governorate Police Command. The individuals were found in possession of large quantities of narcotic substances along with thousands of psychotropic pills, which authorities believe were intended for trafficking and personal use.
Legal procedures are currently underway against the arrested individuals.
