MUSCAT : Spanning 10,500 square meters with a built-up area of 2,733 square meters, the project is designed to serve the local community while enhancing Musandam’s cultural and tourism appeal. Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Shehhi, Assistant Chairman of the Musandam Governor’s Office, confirmed that the centre will stand as a prominent landmark and distinctive tourist destination upon completion.

The multipurpose complex will house a variety of facilities, including an education and innovation building under the Ministry of Education, a cultural center overseen by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, retail spaces managed by Musandam Municipality, and water sports facilities supervised by Oman Sail.
