ISLAMABAD : During the cordial meeting, Ambassador Al Kharousi conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President Zardari, wishing him good health and continued prosperity for the people and government of Pakistan.

President Zardari warmly reciprocated the sentiments, asking the ambassador to extend his greetings and well wishes to His Majesty the Sultan and the people of Oman, expressing hopes for continued progress and prosperity in the Sultanate.

The discussions highlighted the depth of the historically strong and friendly relations between Oman and Pakistan. Both sides expressed mutual commitment to further enhancing cooperation across political, economic, cultural, and social fields, aligning with the common interests of both nations.
