MUSCAT : His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, on Wednesday, held a meeting with Honorary Consuls of the Sultanate of Oman in Denmark, Frankfurt, Cyprus, Ireland, Armenia and Hungary.
During the meeting, which came within the framework of the visit program organised by the Ministry for the Sultanate of Oman’s honorary consuls in friendly countries, ways of enhancing cooperation and discussing investment opportunities that can be focused on between the Sultanate of Oman and those countries were reviewed.
Their Excellencies expressed their thanks for the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in inviting them and organising their visit program with the aim of meeting with Omani officials in the government and the private sector and getting acquainted closely with the Sultanate of Oman’s economic trends and policies within the framework of Vision 2040 and the many promising opportunities it provides.

Their Excellencies visited the Sultanate of Oman’s pavilion at Expo 2020 in Dubai, and their Excellencies praised the cultural heritage and future vision of the Sultanate of Oman, especially in the field of sustainability, the environment and opportunities for economic and tourism diversification.
The meeting was attended by Ambassador Khalid bin Hashel Al-Maslihi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department, and a number of officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
