MUSCAT: After temporarily halting its 24-hour helpline number 9999 due to a technical snag, the Royal Oman Police has informed that it has resumed the service.
In a statement issued by ROP said: “We would like to inform you that the 24-hour call service at the Police Operations Centre has resumed and you can call on 9999. Thank you for your kind understanding.”
Earlier in the day, ROP said it is stopping the emergency helpline service due to a technical issue.
