Muscat – The first article of the Decision stipulates the implementation of the health insurance policy form for visitors.
The second article stipulates the publication of this decision in the Official Gazette; the decision shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication.
It is noteworthy that the decision was based on the Insurance Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. 12/79, and the Royal Decree No. 90/2004 transferring the insurance competencies from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Capital Market Authority, and the unified health insurance document form issued by Resolution No. 34/2019. In addition to the health insurance rules issued by Resolution No. 78/2016, and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority.
