MUSCAT : The CPA’s department in Barka, in cooperation with the Public Prosecution, ordered the establishment’s temporary closure and suspended its activities pending the resolution of the complaints filed against it.
According to the CPA, the establishment failed to carry out works and services agreed with consumers, resulting in harm to those who had contracted its services.
The action was taken as part of consumer protection measures to address complaints and ensure commercial establishments meet their contractual obligations to consumers.
