Muscat – The inspection campaign found an expatriate worker catching lobster out of season, using 21 fishing nets.
The Directorate General of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources in Dhofar Governorate, said in a statement, that violators in possession of 46 kilos of lobster were also arrested from Raysut fishermen port for fishing out of season.
Necessary legal measures are being taken against these violations and the items are seized.
