Muscat – The cooperation agreement was signed with the aim of encouraging practical training, holding workshops and training courses, exchanging visits by experts and issuing publications within the areas of training and administrative development.
The agreement also aims to produce publications in the areas of training and management development, investment in human capital and talent management, career planning, application of successful management practices, modern technologies, networks and systems management, occupational safety and health, work environment, professional standards and professional qualifications, professional competency tests and licenses to practice, as well as the modern information and technology programs used in the fields of electronic transformation, artificial intelligence and the development of work systems.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Sayyid Salim bin Musallam Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour for Human Resources Development, and by Eng. Abdul Amir bin Abdul Hussein Al Ajmi, PDO’s Executive Affairs and Value Creation Director.
