Dalgona espresso is a refreshment made by whipping coffee until it becomes smooth and then adding it to chilled milk. It was made well known by Jung Il-charm, a South Korean entertainer who visited Macau where he was served the beverage, and later introduced it on a South Korean Program called Pyunstorang (“Fun-Staurant”). Different sources express that it started from a South Korean YouTube channel prior to becoming a web sensation on Tik Tok.

INSTRUCTION
Dalgona mixture preparation: First, in a large bowl take ¼ cup instant coffee powder and ¼ cup sugar.Add 3 tbsp hot water and mix well.Mix well and combine it well using a beater or whisk, and beat at low speed.Make sure to beat in one direction so that air incorporates well. Continue to beat until the mixture lightens and thickens. After 7-8 minutes the mixture turns creamy forming a smooth silky texture. finally, dalgona mixture is ready, keep it aside.
Dalgona coffee preparation:
1. Add a few ice cubes to a large glass
2. Pour 1 cup of chilled milk, filling ¾ of the mug.
3. Drop in 2 tbsp of prepared dalgona mixture slowly.
4. Spread it uniformly so that it covers the entire glass.
5. Your dalgona coffee is ready to enjoy.
Dalgona Choco Coffee Preparation:
In a small bowl take 2 tbsp of prepared dalgona mixture. Add a tsp of cocoa powder and mix well. Mix until the mixture turns smooth and silky. keep aside. Add a few ice cubes to a large glass.Pour 1 cup of chilled milk, filling ¾ of the mug.Drop in 2 tbsp of prepared dalgona cocoa mixture slowly. Spread it uniformly so that it covers the entire glass.
