MUSCAT : Guests in three to five-star hotels in Oman rose by 40.7 per cent until the end of November 2021, according to the data provided by the National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
According to the data from NCSI, the hotel revenues also increased by 6.7 per cent until the end of November 2021. “The total number of hotel guests rated “3 to 5 stars” in the Sultanate of Oman until the end of November 2021 reached 1,79,847 guests, an increase of 40.7 percent compared to the same period in 2020,” NCSI said.
“The hotel revenues until the end of last November amounted to OMR 83,476, an increase of 6.7 percent compared to the same period in 2020, and the occupancy rate increased by 41.7 percent,” the statement added.
