MUSCAT: With growing complaints by citizens over unusually high power bills, the Authority for Public Services Regulation (APSR) officials will hold a press conference on Monday at 2pm on Monday.
Last week, APSR has asked the electricity distribution and supply companies to “immediately restore” the service of subscribers whose lines are disconnected over non-payment of dues.
