MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has issued a Royal pardon to 345 prisoners including 131 expats, the Oman News Agency (ONA) reported.
In a statement issued on Sunday, ONA said the Royal pardon coincides with the blessed Eid Al Adha.
