DUBAI: Passengers from India have been temporarily barred from travelling to UAE starting from from April 24 at 11:59pm.
According to sources, who have transited through India in the last 14 days are also not permitted to board from any other point to the UAE. The decision is subject to review after 10 days.
The decision comes after India reported more than 3.14 lakh new Covid-19 cases in the last 14 hours. On Wednesday, Oman banned travel from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh until further notice.
