MUSCAT: The Supreme Committee’s decision to suspend official and community-level sports across the Sultanate includes sports activities of all kinds.
In the wake of rising coronavirus cases in the country, all official and private sports activities remain suspended from April 1 until further notice. In a statement issued, the Government Communication Centre (GC) clarified that the decision includes the following:
- Suspension of sport activities on all kinds of sport grounds, including artificial turf pitches.
- Suspension of sport activities in enclosed sports halls and indoor Gyms.
