MUSCAT: Three Arabs were arrested in Boushar for breaking into a car and stealing a large amount of money from inside.
According to a statement by the ROP, “The police headquarters in Muscat has arrested three people from an Arab nationality on charges of sabotaging a vehicle and stealing more than OMR12,000 from the vehicle in Boushar.
“The three had arrived in Oman using tourist visas and had observed the victim from the moment he left the bank and until he left the car unattended.

“The ROP advises citizens and residents in the Sultanate to exercise caution when withdrawing money, and to not leave it in their vehicles unattended.”
