MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik departed Oman on Monday for a two-day state visit to Kazakhstan, during which he will meet President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Oman News Agency reported.
The visit follows an invitation from the Kazakh president and will focus on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across a range of sectors, according to an earlier statement from the Diwan of Royal Court.
