ASTANA — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held bilateral talks at the Palace of Independence in Astana on Tuesday, discussing relations between Oman and Kazakhstan and ways to broaden cooperation, Oman News Agency reported.
The two leaders reviewed bilateral ties and their shared desire to strengthen cooperation and extend it into wider areas, the agency said.
The talks took place during His Majesty’s two-day state visit to Kazakhstan, which began on Monday at Tokayev’s invitation.
