ASTANA — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik arrived in Kazakhstan on Monday for a two-day state visit and was received by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Oman News Agency reported.
Tokayev welcomed His Majesty on arrival at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport in Astana and wished him and his accompanying delegation a successful visit.
The visit, taking place at the invitation of the Kazakh president, will focus on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across a range of sectors, according to an earlier statement from the Diwan of Royal Court.

The two sides are scheduled to discuss cooperation aimed at advancing their shared interests during the October 5–6 visit.
