MUSCAT: According to Oman Meteorology, the overall impact of the low-pressure system is limited and is expected to affect coastal areas of Al Wusta and Dhofar governorates.
The trough is forecast to produce scattered showers of varying intensity, with some areas potentially experiencing thunderstorms during the affected period.
Authorities also expect weather-related hazards including reduced horizontal visibility, dust and dirt being stirred up, and active winds, with the possibility of valley flows.
