MUSCAT : The CPA said the establishment, which specialises in custom-made chairs, was shut down by the authority’s competent teams after it failed to comply with agreements and settlements concluded with consumers.
According to the authority, the repeated complaints and failure to implement the agreed settlements constitute violations of the Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.
