MUSCAT: According to a statement from the CPA, the two establishments in Muscat Governorate and their representatives have been convicted and fined a total of RO 2,000 after failing to complete kitchen design and installation works within the agreed timeframe.
The case involved two consumers who had contracted the establishments to carry out the kitchen design and installation works. However, the agreed works were not completed within the stipulated deadlines.
The court convicted the establishments and their representatives and imposed a combined fine of RO 2,000.

The rulings also ordered the permanent closure of one of the establishments and required the convicted parties to bear the legal costs.
