MUSCAT – The weather forecast indicates a chance of cloud formation over the Al Hajar Mountains during the afternoon, while partly cloudy conditions are expected along the coasts of Dhofar Governorate, with a possibility of scattered fog accompanied by drizzle.
Low clouds or fog may also develop late at night and during the early morning hours over South Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta Governorates, as well as parts of the Sea of Oman coast.
The active wind alert for Al Buraimi, Sunainah, Dhank, Ibri and Yanqul begin at 2 pm on June 21, 2026, with a moderate severity level.

A second active wind alert covers Al Jazir, Duqm, Jaalan Bani Bu Hassan, Jaalan Bani Bu Ali, Mahout and Masirah, which started at midnight on 21 June 2026 and is also classified as moderate.
