MUSCAT — The Royal Oman Police has set a fee of RO 3 for non-conviction certificates issued to Omani citizens and RO 20 for good conduct certificates (Police Clearance Certificate) for foreign nationals under a decision updating charges for its services.

The decision also fixes a fee of RO 5 for the attestation of a full set of ten fingerprints.

Issued on October 28 by Lieutenant General Hassan bin Mohsen Al Shuraqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, Decision No. 157/2026 amends provisions of Decision No. 67/2016 governing fees for services provided by the Royal Oman Police.

The amendment replaces the existing entry on fingerprint attestation in the attached fee schedule and adds two entries covering non-conviction certificates for Omanis and good conduct certificates for foreign nationals.

The decision repeals any provisions that conflict with its terms and takes effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
