MUSCAT – The authority said users should ensure that the website address is correct and contains “https” to indicate a secure connection, as well as the “.gov.om” domain, which confirms that the site belongs to an official government entity in Oman.

The CPA stressed that its official platform for receiving complaints and reports is its verified website, www.cpa.gov.om, and warned that even minor variations in a web address could indicate a fraudulent or phishing site designed to mislead users.
