MUSCAT – Oman has condemned what it described as Iranian attacks targeting sites in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Jordan, expressing solidarity with the affected countries and urging an immediate halt to violations of state sovereignty.
In a statement carried by the Oman News Agency, the Sultanate said it denounced and strongly condemned the Iranian targeting of locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Qatar, the State of Kuwait and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Oman affirmed its full solidarity with the “brotherly countries” and voiced its support for the measures they take to safeguard their security and sovereignty.

The statement stressed the importance of halting violations of state sovereignty and adhering to the principles of international law. Oman also called for intensified efforts to reinforce security and stability across the region amid escalating tensions.
Oman reiterated its long-standing position advocating dialogue, restraint and respect for international norms as essential pillars to prevent further deterioration of the security situation in the Middle East.
