MUSCAT – Oman’s Foreign Minister His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi said U.S.-Iran negotiations are scheduled to take place in Geneva on Thursday, February 26, expressing optimism about efforts to move closer to finalising an agreement.
“Pleased to confirm U.S.-Iran negotiations are now set for Geneva this Thursday, with a positive push to go the extra mile towards finalizing the deal,” Al Busaidi said in a post on social media platform X.
Oman has been facilitating dialogue between Washington and Tehran as part of efforts to ease tensions and advance discussions on key outstanding issues.
