MUSCAT : His Highness Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham Al Said was sworn in as Minister of State and Governor of Muscat on Wednesday, taking the oath of office before His MajestySultan Haitham bin Tarik at Al Baraka Palace, state media reported.
