MUSCAT : The championship has begun today, November 21, at Kosmos Badminton Academy in Wadi Kabir, and has already sparked tremendous anticipation among students, families, and sports lovers across the Sultanate.
Excitement is peaking as schools from across Oman are competing in the first-ever TAS Interschool Badminton Tournament 2025, organised by The Arabian Stories (TAS) in collaboration with the Morning Stars Badminton Club. Scheduled for November 21 and 22, the event has seen an overwhelming response, with young athletes eager to take the court.

Hosted at Kosmos Badminton Academy in Wadi Kabir, the championship will feature boys’ and girls’ singles and doubles across Under-13 and Under-17 categories. With a mix of emerging talent and experienced school-level players, spectators can expect two days of intense rallies, tight matches, and standout performances.
Adding to the competitive spirit, Nataraj, this year’s Gold Sponsor, will award a special gift hamper to the school with the most spirited cheerleading squad.
