MUSCAT — His Excellency Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi has expressed profound gratitude and humility after being awarded the Royal Commendation Order (Second Class) by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, describing the honour as a powerful symbol of trust, dignity and national pride.
In a heartfelt reaction following the ceremony at Al Baraka Palace, Sayyid Badr said he bows “with pride and appreciation” before His Majesty for this generous gesture, praying for the Sultan’s continued health and long life.
He said the medal represents not only a personal honour but also a reminder of the responsibility he carries in serving the nation with integrity, loyalty and unwavering dedication. “It is a decoration that I cherish deeply — a source of honour and pride,” he said, reaffirming his commitment to uphold his oath and continue working faithfully for Oman’s progress.
