MUSCAT – The Consumer Confidence Survey, which began on September 15 and will run through October 3, targets Omani citizens aged 18 and above. A minimum of 1,500 participants from across the Sultanate are included, with the sample carefully selected to ensure a balanced representation by gender, age group, and educational background.
Meanwhile, the Government Services Satisfaction Survey, running from September 10 to November 30, aims to assess satisfaction levels among individuals, private sector entities, and government institutions regarding the quality of public services. The goal is to support efforts to enhance service performance and quality, ensuring alignment with the needs and expectations of society.
