MUSCAT – The initiative aims to empower founding partners of innovation- and technology-driven startups by enhancing their strategic leadership skills, preparing Omani startups for international expansion, improving their investment readiness, and connecting them with regional and international experts and investors.

The programme is designed for 15 founding partners who currently hold executive positions in Omani startups that are innovation- and technology-based. To be eligible, companies must have their headquarters or primary operations based in the Sultanate of Oman, employ a minimum of five staff, and demonstrate potential for growth and expansion.

The learning journey will feature four core modules, focusing on strategic leadership, technical skills and tools, and human capital management. In addition, participants will take part in international field visits, explore global best practices and experiences, and complete hands-on practical projects.

By the end of the programme, participants are expected to develop a global expansion mindset, acquire essential leadership and technical competencies, formulate a detailed expansion strategy informed by target market research, and establish networks with international experts and potential investors.

Applications will open tomorrow via the Royal Academy of Management’s programme registration platform and official website, and will remain open until 23 August. Eligible founding partners of innovation- and technology-based startups are encouraged to apply.
