MUSCAT : The company, specialising in the sale of home furniture, was found to be deceiving consumers by manufacturing furniture using second-hand wood and selling it as new.
The violation was uncovered as part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to monitor markets, combat violations and harmful practices against consumers, and curb the circulation of unauthorized goods.
