MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation, on the victims of a civilian plane crash in Tynda region, eastern Russia.
His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere condolences and deep sympathy to His Excellency, the friendly Russian people, and the families of the victims.
