Customers can now activate their new Visa cards, real-time account management, seamless fund transfers, instant beneficiary set up, bill payments, management of all card types including issuance of the first shari’a compliant multi-currency pre-paid card in Oman and other cards.
The bank’s digital channels, such as the ‘Alizz X Mobile’ banking application, Self Service Machines, ATMs, Chatbot and the ‘Alizz Connect’ corporate online banking platfrom, all provide an integrated and comprehensive delivery system that delivers the highest standards of personalised banking solutions.
