MUSCAT : In a disclosure on Muscat Stock Exchange, the company stated that the CEO’s resignation was formally accepted by the company’s Board of Directors during its meeting on May 8, 2025, which also marked his final working day with the company.
“The Chairman and members of the Board of Directors would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Alawi Al Dhahab for his contribution and commitment over the last 26 years,” the company stated.
In the interim, the Board of Directors has appointed Eng. Ahmed bin Amer Al Shanfari as the Acting Chief Executive Officer. This appointment will remain in effect until further notice from the company.
