MUSCAT : X, formerly known as Twitter, has gone down, leaving many users unable to access the platform or its features. Reports of the outage surfaced early, with DownDetector, a website that tracks internet service disruptions, confirming that the outage peaked around 15:00 hours and remains ongoing.
Users attempting to log in or navigate the app have faced difficulties, sparking widespread frustration. As of now, X has not provided an official statement on the cause of the disruption or when services are expected to be restored.
This outage adds to a series of technical glitches that have plagued the platform since its rebranding under Elon Musk’s ownership. Users are now awaiting updates on when normal operations will resume.
