Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a congratulatory message from Lieutenant General Hassan bin Mohsen Al Shraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs, on the occasion of Royal Oman Police (ROP) Day, celebrated annually on January 5.
