MUSCAT : In a judgment issued on November 4, 2026, the court overturned the bankruptcy ruling dated January 25, 2026 and ordered that the settlement agreement reached between the shareholders be included in the appeal case file and formally recorded as an enforceable legal instrument.
Oman Flour Mills Company SAOG disclosed the latest development to the Muscat Stock Exchange, saying the ruling represents a significant step towards resolving the dispute and supporting the stability and continuity of Sohar Flour Mills’ operations.
The company said the court’s decision provides a legal basis for implementing the agreed settlement, which is expected to bring the shareholder dispute to a close.
The disclosure follows an earlier announcement issued on February 1, 2026 concerning the ongoing disagreement between shareholders of Sohar Flour Mills LLC.
Oman Flour Mills reaffirmed its commitment to protecting shareholders’ interests, adding that it would issue a further disclosure once the settlement agreement procedures have been completed.
The company also confirmed that it would continue informing the market of any material developments relating to the matter.
