MUSCAT : Indian School Muscat once again witnesses showers of blessings and academic brilliance as Class X CBSE Board Examination result for the academic year 2019-20 unfolds with hundred percent success.
With head held high, Tejassree Mohanakrishnan emerged as the School and Oman topper with 98.8%. Equally competent the second topper’s position was earned by Ananya Sabherwal and Kashish Mittal with 98.2% and the third position was proudly claimed by Viswanath Praveen scoring 98%.
The school has a school average aggregate of 83%. It is extremely praiseworthy to see that 37 students scored centum, a perfect score of 100, 32% students scored above 90%, 65.5% scored above 80%, 32.6% A1 and 55.6% of A1 and A2 in all subjects appeared .

Despite the gloom of the pandemic that keeps the school gates locked, the joy of celebration echoes in every corner and proclaims the glory that comes home. A total of 521 students appeared for the examination and have continued the winning streak with their outstanding performance.

Breaking all records, the exuberance of triumph radiates as the number of students who scored the perfect hundred percent zooms to 37. The 26 students who scored hundred percent marks in French are Hussain Mohammed Ayman, Mukund Krishnan Harikumar, Shrinikheathan Arunkumar, Adarsh Rajesh Nair, Arjun Sriram, Devika Biju, Mikul Ramesh, Viswanath Praveen, Aditi Shekar, Anant Agrawal, Ananya Sabherwal, Naisa Shetty B., Anjali Cherian, Aryan Hrishikesh Nair, Avnavissha Sohal, Kashish Mittal, Labeeba, Tejassree Mohanakrishnan, Hamza Murghay, Havish Dinesh Shetty, Lisa Ann Pinto, Michelle Ellen Joseph, Pusti Jesrani, Srinivasan Shubhathra, Simran Behera and Vaishali. Further hundred marks were scored by Pooja Vijay Anand, Stuti Mathur, Sweety Thankam Philip and Sana Narmawala in English, Nikhil Ravikumar, Sumairaa Khan and Michelle Ellen Joseph in Social Science, Hrishikesh Suchindra and Swetha Suresh in Sanskrit, Ananya Sabherwal in Computer Applications and Sreeram Manoharan in Mathematics.
Another proud endorsement as ISM sees a rise in the subject toppers in various subjects. The following students scored the highest in various subjects and bagged the topper’s position in their respective subjects. Shamim Ahamed topped Arabic with 99%. 7 students topped Science with 98%, Naisa Shetty B., Shashwath Raghavendra, Hamza Murghay, Hrishikesh Suchindra, Ishani Kalra, Krishna Priya, Devarsh Hirenbhai Parmar, With 98%, Sarah Anoop, Siona Kurisinkal Biju, Rishin Georgy Anil, Jophy James Moolayil, Emilin Sarah George and Krishnendu Sajeev topped in Malayalam, top score of 98% in Hindi by Sayeda Insha Fatima Zaidi, Ananya Sabherwal with 98% in Mathematics Basic and 94 % in Elements of Business, Mohamed Kamil topped with 92% in Home Science and with a top score of 86% Tabitha Varghese topped in Painting.
The Principal, Dr Rajeev Kumar Chauhan stated that this cascade of happiness and pride brings immense solace to the school and the community which is much needed during this perilous phase. He specified that the outstanding result is largely due to the deep commitment of students, their supportive parents and the devoted team of teachers. The ISM family dedicates this notable triumph to the Corona warriors and the community as they stand united at large.
