MUSCAT: For the first time, Oman has tested more than 6,000 people for coronavirus in a single-day, according to the data issued by the Ministry of Health.
A total of 6,173 samples were tested in the country in the past 24 hours, taking the total samples tested to 244,487 on Monday.
Oman on Monday registered the highest single-day infections of 2,164. The total infected cases has touched 58,179, while 37,257 have recovered from the virus so far.
