MUSCAT: More than 35,000 stranded Indians from Oman have been repatriated in 203 flights so far, a top Indian Embassy official has informed The Arabian Stories on Sunday.
In 65-days, 75 Vande Bharat Mission flights and 128 charters were used for the repatriation. “So far we have repatriated more than 35,000 Indians from Oman in 203 flights,” the official added.
Indian Embassy has also announced additional 20 repatriation flights till July 31st to various destinations including Vijayawada, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chennai, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Amritsar and Bangalore.

However, due to a drop in demand, only 6 flights have been scheduled to Kerala where majority of the flights were flown in the last two months.
