MALAYSIA: Oman’s delegation was led by His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud Al-Siyabi, Secretary-General of the Iftaa Office, who delivered a keynote speech addressing three critical themes: the essence of unity, achieving cohesion at both national and international levels, and the responsibilities of religious scholars and political leaders in maintaining harmony.
In his address, Sheikh Al-Siyabi underscored the shared faith and worship that bind the Islamic nation, noting that unity transcends the Islamic sphere to encompass humanity at large. He highlighted that national unity serves as a foundation for global solidarity, emphasizing the need for collaboration among political, religious, and scientific leaders as a cornerstone for fostering a unified society.
