MUSCAT: Germacare, a Global baby care brand, in partnership with KIMSHEALTH Hospital and Yoga City, is organizing a free yoga session exclusively for expectant mothers. This special session, guided by Yoga City, one of Oman’s premier yoga studios, is tailored to meet the unique needs of pregnant women, offering both physical and mental benefits.
As an added value, Dr. Shahila Sheik from KIMSHEALTH Hospital will give a short talk on essential pregnancy care, offering expert health guidelines to support the well-being of both mothers and babies. This event is part of Germacare’s ongoing commitment to supporting the community, offering expectant mothers access to expert yoga instruction and health advice in a safe and nurturing environment.
